GRAPE VARIETY: 85% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah.
VINEYARD REGION: Malbec and Syrah: El Cepillo Vineyard, Uco Valley; Cabernet Sauvignon: vineyards in San José, Tupungato.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 14,1%.
MATURATION: Malbec and Syrah: aged for 16 months in French oak casks; Cabernet: aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
SIGHT: Deep violet red with bright tones of purple.
NOSE: Complex on the nose with deep aromas of cassis, black plums, spices and herbs from Provence in addition to smoked undertones, cloves, vanilla and cocoa.
PALATE: Approaches the palate with elegance as it flows sharp and juicy. Fresh and fruity mouthfeel that imposes flavors of wild fruit marmalade, balsamic undertones and toasts that define its complexity. Round and velvety tannins achieve good balance between tight acidity and a kind finish. Long finish with spiced and fruity aftertaste.

Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillón 2021
GRAPE VARIETY: 60 % Chardonnay, 30 % Sauvignon Blanc y 10 % Semillón.
VINEYARD REGION: Gualtallary, Agrelo and El Cepillo.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 12%.
MATURATION: 20% of the blend was aged in 500-liter French oak casks and 80% in stainless steel in contact with its lees for 9 months.
SIGHT: Pale yellow with bright greenish reflections.
NOSE: Aromas of white peach, green apple, lemon peel and pineapple. The aging in oak cask of 20% of the wine defines a slight tone of toasted hazelnuts and linden blossom.
PALATE: The palate is full, fatty and refreshing. It flows harmoniously, with vibrant acidity and defined fruit flavor. The mid-palate is linear with buttery and honeyed notes. Good balance between alcohol and acidity providing a long palate with a citrus and floral aftertaste.
PEAK DRINKING: 10 years.
