WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 13,9%.
MATURATION: In French oak casks; 80% new and 20% used.
SIGHT: Deep violet red with bright tones of purple.
NOSE: Complex on the nose with deep aromas of cassis, black plums, spices and herbs from Provence in addition to smoked undertones, cloves, vanilla and cocoa.
PEAK DRINKING: 15 years.

Chardonnay 2017
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay.
VINEYARD REGION: San José de Tupungato, Valle de Uco.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 13,6%.
MATURATION: 50% In French oak casks during 9 -10 months.
SIGHT: Pale yellow with bright greenish reflection.
NOSE: Pleasant varietal typicity with aromas of white peach, green apple, lemon peel and pineapple. The ageing of 50% of the wine in barrels defines a slight tone of toasted hazelnuts and tilo flower.
PALATE: On the palate it's broad, oily and refreshing. It flows harmoniously with vibrant acidity and defined fruity flavor. In the middle of the mouth is linear with buttery and honey leave. Good balance between alcohol and acidity that give it good palate length with citrus and floral aftertaste.
PEAK DRINKING: 10 years.

Brut Nature
GRAPE VARIETY: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir.
VINEYARD REGION: Chardonnay from Tupungato, Pinot Noir from ''Finca el Cepillo'' Valle de Uco.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 12,2%.
MATURATION: In contact with yeasts for 12 months.
SIGHT: Yellow with gold highlights and fine bubbles that crown the glass.
NOSE: Fresh and expressive aromatics with fruity notes of lime and white peaches with hints of cherries. The champenoise method adds on notes of dry fruits, yeasts, toast and brioche.
PALATE: Dry and creamy palate. Fresh attack with good fruit flow and complexity. Crisp and vibrant effervescence that fills the palate with texture and flavors of butter and honey. A sparkling to enjoy in special occasions. Serve cold in wine glass.
