MATURATION: 85% of the wine was aged for 16 months in French oak casks; Cabernet: aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
SIGHT: Deep red color with bright purple tones.
NOSE: Complex with deep aromas of cassis, black plums, spices and herbs from Provence laced with smoky notes, cloves, vanilla, and cocoa.
PALATE: Elegant, sharp, and juicy with a fresh and fruity mouthfeel of wild fruit marmalade. Presence of balsamic and toasted hints that define its complexity. Its rounded and velvety tannins are in balance with the wine ́s tight acidity. Long-lasting finish with a spicy and fruity aftertaste.
PEAK DRINKING: 15 years.
