Malbec 2021

GRAPE VARIETY 100% Malbec.
VINEYARD REGION: Las Compuertas (Luján de cuyo), Chacayes (Tunuyán), La Consulta (San Carlos) and ''Finca el Cepillo'', (Valle de Uco, orgánico).
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 13,7%.
MATURATION: 10 months in French oak barrels.
SIGHT: Bright and concentrated violet red with purplish tones.
NOSE: Captivating aromas of ripe fruits such as plums, cherries, and blueberries. Notes of fresh violet and wild berries combine with earthy, smoky, and spicy hints.
PALATE: Broad and juicy, with a sweet and fruity mouthfeel. Dry, fresh and flavourful midpalate Its young and velvety tannins are in balance with its fruity, persistence and intense finish.
PEAK DRINKING: 10 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
VINEYARD REGION: San José de Tupungato (single vineyard, parcel wine).
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 14,1%.
MATURATION: 10 months in French oak barrels.
SIGHT: Intense ruby red with bright purple tones.
NOSE: Expressive, with a great flow of fruit aromas with tones of black fruits such as cassis, cherries, plums and berries. Spicy aromas; black pepper with hints of vanilla, cloves and coffee.
PALATE: Intense and spirited palate. Displays good structure with flavors of blackberries and ripe red fruits. Firm midpalate with young tannins that define its energy. Juicy mouthfeel with medium freshness and long finish. Blackberry marmalade aftertaste with balsamic and herbal undertones.

GRAPE VARIETY 100% Cabernet Franc.
VINEYARD REGION: San José de Tupungato.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 14,3%.
MATURATION: 12 months in French oak casks.
SIGHT: Deep and bright violet red with tones of purple.
NOSE: Expressive aromas of fruit; balsamic and spicy. Flavors of ripe black plums, blueberries, blackberries, and thyme, vanilla and chocolate defined by oak aging.
PALATE:  Intense and tasty with a somewhat sweetness that grows in the palate dry, juicy and full of fruit. Aftertaste with notes of black plums and spices with balsamic and herbal tones. Balanced alcohol with firm and velvety tannins that compensate high acidity. Long finish with herbal and fruity aftertaste.
PEAK DRINKING: 10 years.

WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 13%.
MATURATION: 8 months in French oak barrels.
SIGHT: Bright ruby -red with tone reflections.
NOSE: Expressive with aromas of cherries, blueberries and strawberry.
Earthy tones and roasting define its complexity.
PALATE: On the palate it is subtle, enveloping and fruity.
Medium mouth balanced with kind tannins and prolonged finish.
PEAK DRINKING: 7 years.

Chardonnay 2020

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay.
VINEYARD REGION: Gualtallary, Tupungato.
WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/ Vol: 13,5%.
MATURATION: 50% for 12 months in French oak barrels.
SIGHT: Pale yellow with bright tones of green.
NOSE: Pleasant varietal typicity with aromas of white peaches, green apples, lemon peels and pineapple. The aging of 50% of the wine in barrels set out a slight tone of toasted hazelnuts and Linden flower.
PALATE: Wide, oily yet refreshing mouthfeel. Flows with harmony, vibrant acidity and a defined fruity taste. Precise in the middle of the mouth with undertones of butter and honey. Good balance between alcohol acidity provides a long lasting finish with citric and floral aftertastes.
PEAK DRINKING: 10 years.
